Vegan Parmesan Recipe

Easy, quick and delicious vegan parmesan recipe!

To make about a 2,5 dl of vegan Parmesan, you’ll need:

2,5 dl raw, unsalted, unsoaked cashews
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp garlic

Put all ingredients into a food processor/blender. Blend until the ingredients form a grainy mixture. Store covered in a refrigerator up to 2 months. Enjoy!
