Vegan guilt free mac n’ cheese Recipe

Measurements for this recipe:
– 1 cup of chopped pumpkin
– 1 cup of chopped sweet potato
– 2 cups of gluten free bean pasta
– 1 cup of broccoli
– 1 tea spoon of tumeric
– half a cup of nutritional yeast
– 1 tbs appel cider vinegar
– half a cup rice milk
– half a cup of lemon juice
– some salt and pepper to taste!
