Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
1 cup of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/4-1.5 cups of almond milk
1 head of cauliflower

preheat oven to 450, while oven is preheating break cauliflower into florets.

Stir flour, milk, baking powder together in a bowl and dip florets making sure to shake off any extra batter. Bake on a non stick pan or oil a roasting pan for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, pour a half cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce(or your choice hot sauce). Remove from oven and let cool off about 5 minutes. Dip florets in sauce and arrange back on pan  and bake for 10 more minutes.

While florets are baking, blend 1 cup of soaked cashews, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar , a tablespoon of dill weed , salt, pepper & a 1/4 cup of water( add more as needed).

Remove from oven and serve !

Broccoli noChedda Soup
1 head of cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
1 head of broccoli (cut into small pieces)
3 carrots (cut into bite sized pieces)
1 can of northern white beans
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 Box veggie broth
Salt/pepper/onion/ garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup of nut milk of your choice

In a pot, cook cauliflower with half a box of broth until tender.
Meanwhile, chop broccoli and slice carrots into bite size pieces.
Once cauliflower is tender, transfer along with broth into blender and blend. (Be very careful not to burn yourself! )
Pour purée back into pot and add remaining broth, broccoli, carrots, and seasoning. Stir and cook covered for 9 minutes or until broccoli and carrots and tender.
While soup is cooking, rinse beans and blend with a 1/2 cup of almond milk until smooth.
Add bean purée and nutritional yeast to soup once veggies are tender.
Add more nutritional yeast to taste, if you’d like soup to be thicker cook longer if it’s too thick add more nut milk

Homemade Apple Pie
6 cups sliced apples (3 cups per pie)
Lemon or Lime Juice
Tablespoon Apple Pie Spice
1/2 cup sugar of your choice
Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Tablespoon Nut Milk
2 Teaspoon Ground Flax (forgot to add in this recipe!)
Pinch of Salt
Your choice of Vegan Crust

Mix all spice and liquid ingredients until you get a moistened sugar mix.
Drizzle lemon or lime juice over apples and mix.

Place 3 cups apples inside defrosted pie crust and spread evenly. It’s okay if the apples rise over the crust.
Spoon the sugar mixture generously ontop of the apples, until you run out.
Garnish with a little more spice.
Bake in the oven on preheated 350 for about 20-25 minutes or until the crust and apples have turned a nice crispy brown and apples are bubbling with sugar mixture.

Serve with your favorite plant based icecream or whipped topping!
