To make healthy choices, you need a basic knowledge about how to check what your meals contain.
There is 3 macronutriens cathergory:
1 Fats
2 Carbohydrates
3 Proteins
For healthy lifestyle you need a balanced diet, which includes ALL 3 of this nutrients, in different quantities.
Make sure you eat good quality meals. Keep your sugar intake under control.
